This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided.

1. Delivery time is between 12 midnight-6am. Pick Up is the evening of the end of the rental agreement.
2. Price includes the Delivery, Set-up, Removal & Greeting Announcement
3. Signs are place at our discretion unless otherwise stated. Please let us know upon ordering if you have a specific placement for your greeting.
4. Movement of signs can be done with a simple phone call. A delivery fee will be charged each time we come out to move the sign.
5. Lawn care such as mowing or trimming should take place before or after the sings are removed in order to avoid damage.
6. We reserve the right to charge a fee if our signs are damaged or stolen while on your property. We can arrange for keepsake at an additional fee.
7. We are not responsible for any harm done to any person or property while our sign(s) are on your property.
8. Payment is due upon ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks, and Money Orders.
9. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED all orders are made to custom.
10. Weather conditions that are severe and dangerous may delay our delivery. Weather permitting we will deliver the next available day.
